Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please e-mail us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your product to address any issues. In most cases, we can fix any issues by troubleshooting by phone. Always have your order number and product available for any returns or defective products.
All unopened products can be returned when requested within 7 days of receiving the item(s). In some cases, there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. All returns or exchanges must be requested in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Facemasks and any other opened or used products are not available for return due to health considerations.
If you are unhappy with any unopened and unused product and wish to initiate a return, contact Client Relations within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange by emailing [email protected] or calling (888) 800-8096. Refunds will be issued after the return has been received and inspected to ensure the products were not used or tampered with. Please have your order number and product ready and available when contacting Client Relations.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event there you receive a defective product, please contact Client Relations within 7 days from delivery for a full refund or replacement. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. You will be asked to provide a picture of the defective product, please have your order number available for Client Relations. You may be asked to return the defective product so that our Quality Team can do further inspections, when this occurs a return label will be provided.
